The mission of CGCC Foundation is to deepen mutual understanding and cooperation between the United States and China through research, public charity and engagement in economic, cultural and social exchanges.
CGCC Annual Business Survey Report
2025 marks the 12th consecutive year that CGCC conducted its annual business survey of Chinese companies in the United States.
Featured on the theme “Change Management Strategies in A New Era,” this year’s report draws on survey responses and in-depth interviews with nearly 100 Chinese companies operating in the U.S. It examines how Chinese enterprises are adapting their management practices amid rapid technological change and growing uncertainty in the business environment.
