Robert Winston, MBA, MSW, LCSW, FACHE
Robert Winston currently serves as the Vice President of Operations and Behavioral Health at RWJBarnabas Health - Jersey City Medical Center, overseeing 30 departments and managing over 800 employees. Prior to this role at JCMC, Mr. Winston served in a variety of leadership roles and devoted over 25 years to the health and human services arena working in programs for individuals with a mental illness. He is an in-demand, highly sought after presenter and has taught dozens of workshops on Motivational Interviewing, Crisis Prevention, Stress Management, becoming a High Reliability Organization, Gestalt Therapy, and many others.
Mr. Winston holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from James Madison University, a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Rutgers University, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Thomas Edison State University, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Healthcare Operations Professional (DNV), and is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Jenise Lum, Ph.D.
Dr. Jenise Lum is a clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist with experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and across a range of mental health and cognitive concerns. She earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Palo Alto University, with an emphasis in Neuropsychology. Dr. Lum currently serves as Program Coordinator at the Jersey City Medical Center’s Trauma Recovery Center, where she provides clinical care, supports her team, and helps lead trauma-informed initiatives. She has worked in a variety of settings, including hospitals, community mental health clinics, and programs serving veterans and survivors of trauma. Her work focuses on helping people navigate the emotional and cognitive challenges that can arise following difficult or life-changing experiences. Dr. Lum is passionate about making mental health care accessible, compassionate, and responsive to the needs of the communities she serves.
