On December 20th, 2019, China General Chamber of Commerce - USA (CGCC) and CGCC Foundation participated in Governor Andrew M. Cuomo’s annual holiday toy, coat, and school supply drive, bringing happiness and spreading holiday cheer to children across New York State.

2019 marks the third year in a row that CGCC and CGCC Foundation participated in the toy drive. This year, with the gracious support of Bank of China USA, CGCC contributed 420 new toys to the drive, more than double the amount of toys donated last year.

Together with employees from the Office of the Governor (NY), and volunteers from several New York-based TV Series, CGCC team members counted, sorted and packed hundreds of toys and coats for distribution at the Jacob Javits Convention Center in Manhattan. This year, a total of 5,600 toys, coats, and school supplies were distributed to children across New York State.

CGCC sincerely thanks Bank of China USA for their participation and support of this initiative as well as the Office of the Governor (NY) for inviting CGCC to take part in the drive.
CGCC and CGCC Foundation will continue to give back to the local community and help Chinese enterprises in the U.S. to better fulfill corporate social responsibility through charity programs.
