CHICAGO, IL – October 15th, 2025 — The China General Chamber of Commerce – USA (CGCC) held The Path Forward 2025 – Chicago at the Sunon Furniture Showroom. 

Sunon, who is CGCC’s newest member company in the region, is a leading global provider of innovative and sustainable office furniture solutions.  The event brought together nearly 30 CGCC member representatives for a roundtable discussion on localization, innovation, and supply chain resilience in the manufacturing industry, followed by an exclusive showroom tour showcasing Sunon’s advanced workspace solutions.

Mr. Wei Hu, Chairman of CGCC and President & CEO of Bank of China U.S.A., delivered opening remarks, encouraging open communication and knowledge exchange among CGCC member companies as they navigate an evolving global business landscape.

Mr. Jack Hu, General Manager of Sunon Furniture, shared insights on the company’s operations in the U.S. and worldwide, highlighting firsthand practices and observations in global supply chain management.

Ms. Abby Li, Director of Corporate Communication and Research at CGCC, presented key findings from the 2025 Annual Business Survey Report, highlighting new data on supply chain strategies and Chinese enterprises’ investment outlook in the United States. 

Following the discussion, CGCC member representatives toured Sunon’s Chicago showroom, where they experienced how innovative design concepts are transformed into real-world applications.
