CGCC Hosts U.S.-China Cross-border Investment and Trade Forum

On Thursday, November 4th, 2021, CGCC hosted the U.S.-China Cross-border Investment and Trade Forum, the third event of the U.S.-China Cross-border Investment and Trade event series. The webinar featured an engaging panel discussion with several industry leaders on timely trade and investment-related topics such as the recent global logistics and supply chain challenges as well as the overall business impacts of the evolving U.S.-China trade relationship.

The event's opening remarks were given by Chen XU, Chairman of CGCC, President and CEO of Bank of China U.S.A., and were followed by a panel discussion titled, "Global Trade and Logistics Challenges in Changing Times." Moderated by Lu CAO, Managing Director, Global Corporate Bank, J.P. Morgan, the panel included Mengze LIU, General Manager, COFCO Food Import Company; Paul Nazzaro, Executive Vice President of COSCO SHIPPING (North America) and COSCO SHIPPING Lines (North America); Matthew Davis, Senior Vice President, Starr Marine - A Member of Starr Companies; and David Berge, Senior Vice President, Moody's Investors Service.
