On March 8, China General Chamber of Commerce–USA (CGCC) hosted its first 2018 Lunch & Learn Series event “How to Develop a Career Path” at the CGCC New York office. Lee Kosmac, Senior Managing Director of Newmark Knight Frank, joined us as a guest speaker to share her stories and thoughts on career development. About 30 representatives from CGCC member companies and partners including China Merchants Bank, Board USA, HSBC, EisnerAmper, Douglas Elliman, Cushman & Wakefield, UHY LLP, Asian Society and Xinhua News Agency North America attended the event.

Lee gave three tips to young professionals who seek development in their careers: First, build up your domain expertise and practice the skills that go along with it; Second, curiosity, when you are in networking, ask the question; Third, become a great storyteller in a way you can long your story or shorten it given the circumstances.

CGCC presents special thanks to Ms. Lee Kosmac. The CGCC Lunch & Learn Series aims to provide a platform for CGCC member companies and partners to share industry insights and experiences. We welcome proposals for our future Lunch & Learn events! Please email contact@cgccusa.org for detailed information.
