On Wednesday, August 19, the CGCC Foundation co-hosted “Wellness at Work: A Summer Conversation and Reception” with the Jersey City Medical Center (JCMC) Foundation at the Bank of China Building in Manhattan.
Bringing together more than 40 participants, the event featured an interactive session with two distinguished behavioral health professionals who explored strategies for managing workplace stress and anxiety.

The interactive session was led by Robert Winston, Vice President, Operations and Behavioral Health at JCMC, and Jenise Lum, Program Coordinator for the Trauma Recovery Center at JCMC.
