New York - September 24, 2025, the China General Chamber of Commerce – USA (CGCC) hosted a webinar as part of its Legal and Policy Series on Employment Compliance and Crisis Management in the U.S. The program focused on recent immigration enforcement trends and strategies for employers regarding crisis preparedness.

The webinar featured two distinguished speakers: Mike Sevilla, partner at Dorsey & Whitney LLP, and Wesley J. Paul, Of counsel at DeHeng Cheng LLC. Both experts shared their insights on recent U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) actions, proposed H-1B visa policy changes, and frameworks for corporate crisis management.
