1. SINOCHEM AMERICAN HOLDINGS INC
Sinochem American Holdings, Inc is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sinochem established in 1988, according to the laws of the State of Delaware. It is a regional corporation to realize Sinochem's strategy in U.S./America and to provide all-round support to affiliated enterprises. The associated enterprises include Sinochem (U.S.A.), Inc., USAC Holdings Inc., SC Polymers Inc., Sinochem American Capital Corporation, and Sinochem American CP Co.

Ramsports is building a complete pickleball culture—integrating facilities, coaching, tournaments, equipment, and apparel—while developing and operating venues in Shenzhen, China, with expansion into additional cities and regions underway. Its flagship Longgang complex 63,000 sq. ft. features 14 courts, including two stadium courts with seating for up to 1,000 spectators, supporting tournaments, training, and brand activations. Ramsports has also built 11 courts on Hainan Island, used for tournaments under a government partnership. The company is launching a 21-court Asia Elite Pickleball Academy to develop high-performance players and expand participation. Through integrated operations, Ramsports is accelerating adoption and scaling pickleball’s growth across China and Asia.
Established in 1982, Beijing Book Co., Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Beijing Book”) is registered and doing business in the state of New Jersey. In the past twenty years, it has been engaged in the business of surveying the publishing market for various published materials for export and distribution in China as well as in the United States.
It has been very successful promoting the cultural exchange between the two countries and generating substantial business growth at the same time. It has been conducting business with well-recognized companies such as: Amazon, Harvard University Press, McGraw-Hill Companies, IEEE, American Institute of Physics, American Chemical Society, M.E. Sharp, Inc. Penguin Putnam, Random House, Simon and Schuster, Time-Life, Yale University Press, etc.
6. Atlantic Home Textiles LLC
Atlantic Home Textiles Inc. (AHT), based in South Carolina, is a home textile company specializing in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of home textile and soft furnishing products. With a strong commitment to U.S.-based manufacturing, AHT integrates product design, quality management, and local production capabilities while embracing environmentally responsible and sustainable practices. The company continues to explore responsible materials and manufacturing solutions to provide consumers with home products that combine comfort, functionality, and thoughtful design.
AHT is also the owner of Pillowin, its proprietary home lifestyle brand focused on pillows, cushions, and related soft home furnishing products. 7. Shenzhen Haodifang Construction
Shenzhen Haodifang Construction Group has developed into a comprehensive group integrating architectural planning and design, real estate development, ecological environmental governance, general engineering contracting, and building materials operation after nearly a decade of hard work and resilient growth.
Its core development area is located in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Over the years, Haodifang Group has consistently positioned itself as an integrated urban and rural industry operator. Guided by the business philosophy of "Ecological Architecture, Yearning Life," and driven by a spirit of professionalism and innovation, the group focuses on the development of China’s urban and rural areas by integrating green, low-carbon, intelligent, and high-quality services. To meet the growing demands of the cross-border e-commerce market, expand the import and export operations of overseas warehouses, and accelerate the implementation of China Post’s “go global” strategy, China Postal Express & Logistics Co., Ltd. established China Express USA Inc. (“China Express USA”) in New Jersey in September 2015 through China Courier Services Limited, China Post’s wholly owned subsidiary in Hong Kong. China Express USA was established with a registered capital of USD 3 million, and its total investment increased to USD 10,845,600 following an additional capital contribution in 2022.
China Express USA primarily provides e-commerce warehousing and distribution services. To support its continued business development, the company began leasing warehouses in New Jersey and Los Angeles in 2016, officially launching operations in e-commerce warehousing, supplier coordination and management, and after-sales customer service. China Express USA also opened a duty-free warehouse in Delaware to support its consolidated export business.
