On June 15th, 2023, China General Chamber of Commerce-USA (CGCC) supported “ESG in Infrastructure and Transportation,” held at the Bank of China Building in Manhattan, NY.  

Co-hosted by Bank of China U.S.A. and the Hong Kong Association of New York, the event gathered over 70 guests from a variety of different industries to discuss the importance of Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG), specifically within the infrastructure and transportation industries.  

Wei HU, Chairman of CGCC, President and CEO of Bank of China U.S.A., welcomed guests with his opening remarks. 

Maggie JIANG, Senior Vice President of Bank of China U.S.A., introduced the panelists and their topics. 

Event panelists included: Richard Jones, Vice President of Marketing and Sales, the Americas, Cathay Pacific; Tom Kenedy, Principal, Americas East Aviation Leader, ARUP New York; Yasemin Kologlu, Design Principal, SOM New York, and Cassie Winn, Executive Director, J.P. Morgan. 

The event concluded with closing remarks from Candy NIP, Director, Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office, New York. 

The event was emceed by April Luo, Director of Project Management at CGCC.
