New York, NY – October 6, 2026 — The China General Chamber of Commerce – USA (CGCC) hosted a special Leaders Roundtable featuring Mr. James Reynolds, Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Loop Capital, at China Merchants Bank (CMB) New York Branch.

The event, which also marked the 18th anniversary of China Merchants Bank New York Branch, brought together approximately 20 senior executives from CGCC member companies for an engaging discussion with Mr. Reynolds. Drawing on his extensive leadership experience in the financial services industry, Mr. Reynolds shared his perspectives on the evolving financial landscape, as well as the opportunities and challenges for businesses operating across the U.S. and Chinese markets.

The event opened with remarks by Xin HE, Vice Chair of CGCC and General Manager of China Merchants Bank New York Branch.

The conversation with Mr. Reynolds was moderated by Joseph Loffredo, Deputy General Manager of China Merchants Bank New York Branch.
