纽约，2022年7月15日 - 美国中国总商会（以下简称“总商会”）及总商会基金会与纽约市教育局艺术教育办公室75区（District 75）项目及艺术公益组织Positive Exposure 共同举办“同一片天空下” （Under the Same Sky）艺术展。
本次艺术展于7月1日至30日在Positive Exposure画廊（14 E 109th Street, New York, NY）展出来自纽约及北京的特殊儿童所创作的艺术作品。
本次展览的作品形式多样，涵盖素描、水彩及雕塑等。围绕主题“同一片天空下”，展览旨在帮助儿童形成全球公民意识，打破隔阂与限制，鼓励孩子们不断向艺术领域探索前进。
“总商会和总商会基金会十分荣幸能与纽约市教育局艺术教育办公室及中国残疾人联合会合作，向世界展示这些来自纽约和北京的小艺术家们才华横溢的作品，”总商会会长、中国银行美国地区行长胡威表示。
“总商会基金会希望通过在中美两国之间搭建理解与互信的桥梁，加强民间组织的合作，从而进一步促进两国的健康沟通与发展。”
7月12日，总商会、75区（District 75）及Positive Exposure在艺术展现场共同举办开幕酒会。来宾们不仅有机会一睹画作的风采，同时也见证了艺术的力量。

District 75 is a citywide program in the NYC Department of Education providing highly specialized instructional support to students with significant challenges such as: Autism Spectrum Disorders, significant cognitive delays, emotional disturbances, sensory impairments and multiple disabilities. District 75 provides instructional support in a wide variety of settings and locations around NYC, including: Special classes co-located in District 1-32 schools, school buildings where all students have IEPs, general education classrooms and in agencies, hospitals and at home.
