近日，中建美国在华盛顿特区的阿罗酒店（Arlo DC Hotel）项目正式破土动工，董事长兼总裁袁宁与项目团队及合作方代表等一同参加奠基仪式。

华盛顿特区阿罗酒店将对该地区现存最古老的公寓The Harrison进行修复和翻新。在保持这栋1882年建成的，具有传统美学风格大楼的基础上，将其改造成为一座高12层，拥有445间客房的现代化酒店。完工后，该项目将包含室内庭院、健身中心、酒窖以及屋顶休息区等综合设施，为住客带来更好的旅居体验。

从纽约到迈阿密，知名连锁精品“微酒店”品牌阿罗正式迈入美国华盛顿特区，广受市场好评。中建美国将再度携手房地产投资及咨询集团Quadrum Global，与业主通力合作，确保项目稳步推进，为打造新地标贡献力量。
