A Panel Discussion on the Invisibility of Hate Crimes Against the Asian American Community

This event is hosted by CGCC member Littler and SABA Chicago.

In recognition of Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, the South Asian Bar Association (SABA) of Chicago and our Chicago office are hosting an important discussion on the rise of hate crimes within the Asian American community.  The panelists, including Shareholder Niloy Ray, will share their own experiences, address the lack of public attention to the issues they have seen, discuss ways to improve allyship among our communities, and provide advice on how we can support one another going forward.

The event will be an In-Person Networking Session followed by a Hybrid Panel Discussion. It will be held on May 16, 2023 at 6-7:30pm CDT. The virtual option will start at 6:30pm CDT. Please see attached for more information. Feel free to pass the invite along to others that might be interested.
