Jeff focuses much of his practice on public policy issues related to tax and trade policy issues, energy legislation, sanctions policy and a host of other public policy issues. In addition, he advises companies in connection with investments and transactions reviewed by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS).
