DEI, Immigration, and Unions—The Changing Legal Landscape Under the Trump Administration

The China General Chamber of Commerce-USA (CGCC) is hosting a special webinar with Littler Mendelson, P.C. on the new employment, discrimination and immigration enforcement environment for multinational companies doing business in the United States. The Trump administration has issued Executive Orders and taken many other significant steps to challenge diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) policies and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) policies, and significantly limited key immigration programs.

Littler Shareholders Philip Berkowitz, Brandon Mita, and Shin-I Lowe will explain these changes, how they are affecting multinational companies, and offer best practices for compliance. Finally, Littler Shareholder Katherine Siegel will discuss the inroads unions are making in white-collar industries and how best to prepare.
