MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. — On September 18, 2026, the 2026 Forbes China Silicon Valley Innovation Forum was held at the Computer History Museum in the heart of Silicon Valley. The China General Chamber of Commerce – USA (CGCC), a longtime supporter of Forbes China programs, served as a Supporting Partner of the Forum. Under the theme “New Frontiers in East-West Collaboration,” the Forum brought together leaders from across markets to exchange perspectives on artificial intelligence, technological innovation, corporate transformation, and the future of business. Kai-Fu Lee, Founder and CEO of 01.AI and Chairman of Sinovation Ventures, joined a fireside chat on “AI Native — The Mandate to Transform Your Company.” Gary Rieschel, Founding Managing Partner of Qiming Venture Partners, and Drew Bernstein, Co-Chairman of Marcum Asia CPAs LLP, delivered keynote remarks. Representatives from NVIDIA, Lenovo, Fuyao Glass America, Plug and Play, and other companies and investment organizations also shared perspectives on technology, industry, and capital.
Moderated by Russell Flannery, former Editor-in-Chief of Forbes China, the “New Corridors of Growth” panel featured Abby Li, Director of Corporate Communication and Research at CGCC, alongside Junming Wang, General Manager of Fuyao Glass Illinois, Daxue Wang, Chief Financial Officer of Lotus Technology, and other business leaders.
From AI-driven transformation and emerging industries to capital markets and new pathways for cross-market growth, the Forum explored trends and opportunities shaping the future of business while providing a platform for entrepreneurs, investors, and business professionals to exchange perspectives and experiences.
