
CGCC Partners with World Trade Week NYC for Fifth Year in a Row
2021 marks the fifth year in a row China General Chamber of Commerce-USA will serve as an official partner organization of World Trade Week NYC.
Hosted by the New York District Export Council, World Trade Week NYC (WTW NYC) is an active network of more than 70 organizations in the New York metro region working together to underscore the importance of international trade, logistics, and port operations to the region’s economy and to use their collective expertise to help the region’s businesses grow through international trade.
WTW NYC will officially begin with the World Trade Week NYC Kick-Off Event and Keynote Address on Tuesday, May 4th at 2 PM ET. The keynote speaker for the event will be Tony Uphoff, President, and CEO of Thomas, the parent company of Thomasnet.com. The title of Mr. Uphoff's remarks is "The Future of Manufacturing is Here. Now."
In addition to the official kick-off event, the celebration also includes a number of upcoming events relating to international trade, business, and cooperation taking place throughout April, May, and June.
