CGCC Holds Second Annual Board of Director's Meeting in Washington D.C.

Decem 2012, CGCC held the second annual board of directors’ meeting at J.W. Marriot Hotel Washington D.C. The executive board of directors of CGCC and few board members participated in the meeting, and other board members attended the meeting through telephone. President Mr. Ning Yuan hosted the meeting.

During the meeting, CGCC’s directors expressed their opinion on various topics. Directors discussed the revision of CGCC’s bylaw, talked about the establishment of Great Wall Club, CGCC foundation and Chinese Public Companies’ Committee, elected new CGCC board members, accepted new associated members, and gave their opinion towards CGCC white paper draft.

The meeting was ended with several construction resolutions. The establishment of CGCC foundation was approved and will proceed to the legal process soon. BYD USA Corp. was voted to be the executive board member. SNPTC USA Office, State Grid US Representative Office and AnSteel America Inc. were elected to be the board members of CGCC. And Cushman & Wakefield, Ernst & Young and Joseph Potashnik & Associates were received to be the associated members. The Secretariat gathered the opinions for CGCC’s 2013 white paper from board members and, under which the paper will be finalized in the next month.
