CGCC Brings Together Business Leaders for 2026 Survey Report Launch & Reception

On Monday, May 4th, 2026, the China General Chamber of Commerce-USA and the CGCC Foundation unveiled the 2026 Annual Business Survey Report on Chinese Enterprises in the United States at a well-attended program and reception held at the Hilton Washington, DC Capitol Hill. The event convened more than 180 representatives from the U.S.–China business community, including CGCC member companies, strategic partners, and members of the Chinese delegation to the SelectUSA Summit.

The program fostered meaningful dialogues between American and Chinese businesses, offering timely insights into policy shifts, operational challenges, and opportunities for shared growth in a dynamic landscape.

The event opened with welcome remarks from the newly elected Chairperson of CGCC, Jianyu ZHANG, CEO of ICBC U.S. Region, who said: "Against this backdrop, the strength of CGCC lies in its vibrant and committed membership, whose engagement makes gatherings like today’s SelectUSA Reception especially meaningful. Supported by leading companies from both China and the U.S., CGCC has become a key platform for Chinese investment in the U.S. Collectively, our members have invested over $140 billion, created more than 230,000 jobs, and supported over one million jobs nationwide.”
