CGCC and Littler Co-Host Timely Webinar on Evolving U.S. Legal Landscape

On June 10th, 2025, the China General Chamber of Commerce – USA (CGCC) partnered with Littler Mendelson P.C. to host a timely webinar on the changing legal landscape under the Trump administration.

Led by Littler Shareholders Shin-I Lowe, Philip Berkowitz, Brandon Mita, and Kathryn Siegel, the session covered a variety of topics, including the rollback of federal DEI protections, increased EEOC scrutiny, and new executive orders impacting immigration and employment compliance.
