Yingke Law Firm Launches New York Office
China's second largest law firm, Yingke, recently commemorated the grand opening of its New York Office. The ceremony was held at Wall Street on the evening of Februrary 23, 2012.
Numerous distinguished guests, including Governor George Pataki, director of Yingke Law Firm Mr. Xiangrong Mei, global partner of Yingke Law Firm Linda Yang attended the ceremony. Governor Pataki, who gave the opening remarks, was the first New York governor to have attended the opening of a Chinese law firm. Over one hundred guests from major financial, legal, media and various other firms and organizations attended Yingke New York's opening ceremony.
Yingke New York is managed by Zoe Qiao. Yingke New York aims to provide high quality and efficient legal services to both Chinese and American clients in a wide range of areas including cross-border transactions, strategic and financial investments, mergers and acquisitions, securities and capital market transactions, banking, project financing, international trade and customs, real estate, intellectual property, immigration, and dispute resolution.
