Real Estate Seminar with Jones Lang LaSalle

Like the spring weather in New York, the U.S. economy is recovering gradually from the impact of the financial crisis. Especially the recovery in the real estate market has drawn attention of Chinese investors. In the very time, CGCC organized a seminar, with real estate broker firm Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), focus on real estate industry. Over 70 persons from member enterprises of CGCC in various industries participated the seminar.The topic of the seminar was mainly focused on the development of commercial and residential real estate in the Great New York area. Three experienced managing directors from JLL gave the audiences an overall picture of the latest status of the New York real estate market, and their insightful analysis on residential, office rental and industrial facility sectors respectively. The seminar was concluded by an introduction of few selected undergoing projects and a brief analysis of investment considerations to Chinese investors. Through the whole panel, the audiences were all fascinated by the resourceful information and the optimistic market expectation.

In the following reception, the passion of discussion was remained, participants exchanged their opinions towards the real estate market, and showed a great interesting in investing in such market. We believe we could expect more real state projects invested by Chinese investors will be risen up in the coming years.
