To Whom It May Concern,
CGCC hereby makes the following announcement:
(1) Mr. Winton/Walton Lin has never held any position within CGCC, nor is he in any way affiliated with CGCC;
(2) Any of Mr. Lin’s actions, to the extent that they were in CGCC’s name, were without CGCC’s authorization or knowledge.
(3) The so-called “China General Chamber of Commerce – U.S.A. China Center Project” (Chinese Name: “美国中国总商会中国中心大楼项目”), started in Hangzhou in 2009, is in no way affiliated with CGCC, nor has it obtained CGCC permission to use the CGCC name.

1. 林碧洲（英文名：Winton/Walton Lin）从未在美国中国总商会担任任何职务，并且与总商会没有任何关系；
2. 美国中国总商会从未授权林碧洲以总商会名义进行任何行动。
3. 2009年开始在杭州钱江世纪城进行“美国中国总商会中国中心大楼项目”与总商会无任何关系，总商会从未授权任何人在中国进行这项项目或使用总商会名称。
