 company Paul Weiss recently published their 100th issue of “M&A  
 at a Glance.” This edition highlights the  
 increase in M&A activity in June, both globally and in the U.S. Although  
 M&A activity overall is still down for the year, June’s deal values are a  
 welcome improvement from prior months.
