CGCC 2026 Annual Business Survey on Chinese Enterprises in the U.S.
For the past twelve years, the China General Chamber of Commerce - USA (CGCC) and the CGCC Foundation have spearheaded the "Annual Business Survey on Chinese Enterprises in the U.S." This flagship project has become a cornerstone in understanding the dynamics, challenges, and contributions of Chinese enterprises operating in the American business landscape.
This year, the 2026 Annual Business Survey on Chinese Enterprises in the U.S. will introduce a new section focused on the rise of Chinese global brands. Over the past decade, Chinese companies operating in the United States have evolved from primarily serving as investors, manufacturers, and exporters to becoming increasingly brand-driven competitors in the marketplace. “Brand globalization” (品牌出海) has emerged as one of the most defining forces shaping the next phase of Chinese business expansion and presence in the U.S.
