About Speaker

Helen is a member of the EY Global Trade team. She has more than 20 years of experience advising multinational companies on global trade matters. Helen practices in the area of customs duty planning and trade compliance including customs valuation, classification, origin and free trade agreements. She has significant recent experience working with multinational companies planning and implementing supply chain changes in cross border transactions. Helen has led duty reduction projects implementing foreign trade zone, customs duty drawback and first sale for export programs. She is experienced in in managing complex global customs valuation and Section 301 duty mitigation projects. Helen is a frequent speaker of customs matters and she is actively working with many Chinese and US companies engaged in trade between China and the US. She is a native speaker of Mandarin Chinese.
