David Berge, a Senior Vice President in Moody’s Corporate Finance Group, covers a portfolio of large, primarily investment grade manufacturing companies. Prior to this, David covered extensive portfolios in the services, transportation, and aerospace/defense sectors. Before joining Moody’s in July 2002, David worked for Deutsche VerkehrsBank AG, where he was a capital markets analyst in their corporate advisory group involved in lending to the transportation sector. David is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute and the New York Society of Security Analysts, Inc. David has an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.S. from the United States Merchant Marine Academy.
