During his 30 year career in real estate, Mr. Bo has completed more than $10 billion worth of development, redevelopment, acquisition and disposition projects. His vast experience extends across the commercial, healthcare, and residential sectors, and includes development, project management, construction acquisition/disposition, asset management, and architecture. Mr. Bo is Vice President of Fosun Hive Holdings, at which he serves as Head of Fosun’ US practice, including 28 Liberty Street and a new ground-up 53 story new residential building at 132 Madison Avenue. He orchestrates business, leasing and marketing strategy, oversees construction, reposition and asset management, leads real estate acquisition through pursuing potential investment opportunities in the United States. Mr. Bo also serves as Chief Executive Representative of Fosun Group in the U.S.
