Jianzhong (James) He was assigned to be SVP & Regional Head of ICBC (Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (USA) NA) Houston office in 2017. Before this current role, Mr. He served as the General Manager of the Marketing in ICBC Pakistan Operation since 2011 (A member of the preparatory team of ICBC Pakistan Operation before its opening). During his stay in Pakistan, ICBC became one of the largest foreign banks in Pakistan. Mr. He joined ICBC in 2005, working for the ICBC Shanghai Municipal Branch in China for six years, during which he engaged mainly in corporate and investment banking.
