Elaine La Roche is CEO of CICCUS Securities Inc. based in New York, and has been involved on Wall Street and in China for several decades. She spent over twenty years at Morgan Stanley and was involved with CICC from its inception in 1995 as the first joint venture investment bank in China, and served as its CEO in Beijing from 1997-2001. She was Vice Chairman of JPMorgan China Securities in Beijing, Non- Executive Chairman of the Board of Linktone, a Nasdaq listed Chinese wireless company and has been a visiting Professor at Peking University in their International and Executive MBA programs. She also serves as an Independent Director on the boards of Marsh & McLennan Companies, and the Harsco Corporation and recently retired from the Board of China Construction Bank after nine years.
