About Speaker

Mr. Wu is the Managing Partner of Dai and Associates. His practices focus on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, US-inbound and China outbound investments, capital markets, project finance, real estate, and cross-border litigations. Mr. Wu possesses an exceptional breadth of knowledge and experience in the areas of infrastructure, energy, transportation, real estate, technology transfer, both domestically and in emerging markets. In addition to practicing law, Mr. Wu serves as a consultant to the International Law Institute in Washington DC, and he is an adjunct law professor with the Southwest University of Political Science and Law.
