Amiad Kushner (康国永) heads the litigation practice group at Dai & Associates. Mr. Kushner is a tenacious and formidable advocate with fifteen years of experience in high-stakes litigation. His experience spans a wide range of areas, including mergers and acquisitions, securities, structured products, distressed debt, and bankruptcy litigation. Mr. Kushner has significant first chair experience in jury and bench trials and arbitrations. Mr. Kushner routinely represents international clients in cross-border matters, including extensive work for China-based clients in litigation and arbitration involving U.S. law. In 2015, Mr. Kushner first-chaired an eight-day trial in an international arbitration in Hong Kong arising from a failed cross-border acquisition, which led to a $475 million award for Mr. Kushner’s Chinese client. Prior to joining Dai & Associates, Mr. Kushner was a partner with Lowenstein Sandler and an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett.
