The pandemic may be slowing down, but legal issues surrounding it are heating up. Many employers, seeing a reduction in traditional work arrangements, are unfortunately finding it necessary to eliminate jobs. Additionally, employers are finding that they can operate well with remote workers, and are trying to adjust to that new normal. Finally, reintegrating employees into the workforce has its own challenges. Continuing challenges are social distancing, facemasks, COVID tests, leaves of absence, and discrimination. New and heightened risks include vaccination questions and government workplace inspections.
This program will provide an overview of these issues and best practices for avoiding liability.
