Stephen A. Schwarzman is Chairman, CEO and Co-Founder of Blackstone. He has been involved in all phases of the firm’s development since its founding in 1985. Stephen A. Marc Holliday serves as Chief Executive Officer of SL Green Realty Corp. (NYSE: SLG) and as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors, positions he has held since January 2004. He has been with the company since 1998, when he joined as Chief Investment Officer. Under Mr. Holliday’s leadership, SL Green has grown to be New York City’s largest owner of commercial office properties and the dominant landlord in Midtown Manhattan. He assembled and continues to build an outstanding management team and has led the development of the Company’s core business strategy, which features the continuous repositioning and strategic upgrading of the portfolio, emphasizing high-quality office properties in central locations serving world-class tenants. After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Finance from Lehigh University in 1988, Mr. Holliday earned a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University in 1990. A benefactor of Columbia University and long-time supporter of the real estate program, he established the Holliday Professorship of Real Estate Development in 2008. He also served as Chair of the program’s Taskforce for the Future and currently chairs its Industry Advisory Board and endowment campaign. Mr. Holliday was recently honored by National Jewish Health in 2011 where he received the Humanitarian Award and raised a record-breaking $3.0 million for the organization from members of New York City’s real estate and construction industries.

Steve Howe is EY’s U.S. Chairman and Americas Managing Partner. In the Americas, EY member firms operate in 30 countries. Steve leads the U.S. and Americas Executive Committees and represents EY in regulatory relationships. Steve is also on EY’s Global Executive Board. He serves as Executive Sponsor for the Firm’s focus on diversity and inclusiveness and has been with EY for 35 years. Prior to his role as U.S. Chairman and Americas Managing Partner, Steve served as Managing Partner of the Financial Services Office and led EY’s client service teams for a number of global financial institutions. Thierry Roland is Group General Manager and Chief Executive Officer, HSBC Global Banking and Markets for the U.S, Canada and Latin America. Marc Allen is president of Boeing International and a member of the Boeing Executive Council. As president of Boeing International since 2015, Allen, 44, is responsible for the company’s international strategy and corporate operations outside the U.S., overseeing 18 regional offices in key global markets. His responsibilities include developing the company’s growth and productivity initiatives outside the U.S., forming new business and industrial partnerships, overseeing international affairs, enhancing Boeing’s local presence and providing global functional support. Allen reports to Boeing Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Dennis Muilenburg. Previously, Allen served as president of Boeing Capital Corporation, a wholly owned Boeing subsidiary that arranges, structures and provides financing for Boeing’s commercial airplane, space and defense products. Prior to Boeing Capital, Allen served as vice president of Boeing International and president of Boeing China, responsible for leading the company’s business in China from its Beijing headquarters. Allen earlier served as Boeing vice president for Global Law Affairs and general counsel to Boeing International, leading the company’s international legal practice group from its inception. He was responsible for international operations’ legal issues, cross-border trade regulation matters, and international legal policy matters including the United States–European Union World Trade Organization dispute on aircraft subsidies. Before Boeing, Allen practiced law in Washington, D.C., litigating complex commercial cases for domestic and international clients. Previous government service includes an appointment as U.S. Supreme Court Justice Anthony M. Kennedy’s law clerk, plus he has prior business experience in strategy consulting and start-up leadership. Allen is a Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute and a member of the Trilateral Commission. He sits on the boards of numerous global trade organizations, including the U.S.-India Business Council, the U.S.-UAE Business Council and the U.S.-Saudi Arabia Business Council. He is a native of Southern California in the United States and received his law degree from Yale Law School and his bachelor’s degree summa cum laude from Princeton University, majoring in political science with a certificate in economics. Allen is married and has four children.
