Since the start of the Coronavirus outbreak in Wuhan, hospitals throughout the city have been facing a shortage of face masks and crucial medical supplies. To support doctors battling at the frontlines of the deadly virus outbreak, China General Chamber of Commerce – USA (CGCC) Foundation has appropriated $30,000 to purchase surgical-grade masks and other essential medical supplies to donate to hospitals in Wuhan as part of its ongoing Wuhan Medical Supply Donation Effort.

With the topic “Responsibility and Future,” this forum brought together hundreds of business leaders to discuss the various ways that overseas Chinese businesses can deliver and perform their social responsibilities.

NEW YORK – On December 10th, 2019, China General Chamber of Commerce – USA (CGCC) partnered with the South China Morning Post (SCMP) to host, “China Conference: USA” at The Altman Building, in Manhattan. With the theme “Competition or Cooperation?,” the conference brought together over 300 experts and leaders from the U.S. and China “to learn about and discuss how the global economic, social and technological landscape will evolve during this time of immense competition and conflict between the two superpowers.”
