China General Chamber of Commerce – U.S.A. (CGCC) seeks a highly-motivated individual to support CGCC events and media operations. This position will need to help organize and prepare materials for CGCC events, assist with CGCC Annual Business Survey related materials, and other office work as required.
- Assist in preparing
writing materials for CGCC events, including but not limited to drafting and
translating agenda, event proposal, speaker bios, and press release
- CGCC Survey Report support including but not limited to drafting and translating
- Other tasks as assigned
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese
- Basic knowledge of China-U.S. business environment
- Candidates with experience in any of the following areas preferred: Media, communication, event planning, and social media management
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
