2026 Bank of China Cup Inaugural Pickleball Friendship Tournament 

Registration Instructions

I.    Eligibility & Participation:

  1. The tournament is open to Chinese companies operating in the United States, U.S. companies, and CGCC members. 

  2. Approximately 12 corporate teams are expected to participate. The final number of teams will be determined based on registration. 

II.    Team Formation & Registration Rules:

  1. Team Registration Only: Teams will be placed into groups through a pre-tournament draw conducted by the Organizing Committee.

  2. Single-Company Teams: A company or organization may form its own team by selecting employees or family members to represent the company or organization.

  3. Joint Teams: If a company or organization does not have enough players to form a team on its own, it may partner with one or two other companies or organizations to form a joint team.

  4. Team Size: Each team will consist of 4 official players, preferably 2 men and 2 women, and may include up to 2 substitutes, preferably 1 man and 1 woman. Each team should have no more than 6 players in total.

  5. The final requirements regarding team composition and the use of official and substitute players will be determined based on the final competition format and lineup rules.

III.    Match Format & Lineup Rules

  1. The tournament will primarily feature doubles competition, with the following events tentatively planned:

    • Men’s Doubles

    • Women’s Doubles

    • Mixed Doubles

  2. The final competition format and player lineup rules will be determined by the Organizing Committee based on the number of participating teams, player composition, court availability, and the overall event schedule.

报名指南

一、 参赛对象：

  1. 面向在美中资企业、美资企业及相关商会会员单位，欢迎各企业及机构积极组队参赛。

  2. 预计邀请约12支企业代表队参赛，具体参赛队伍数量将根据实际报名情况确定。赛前由赛事组委会统一组织抽签并进行分组。

二、组队与报名规则

  1. 团队报名：本次赛事仅接受团队报名，不设个人报名。所有参赛人员须以企业或机构代表队形式统一报名。

  2. 独立组队：以单家企业或机构为主体，每家企业或机构可根据自身情况选派员工或家属组成代表队参赛。

  3. 联合组队：如单家企业或机构参赛人数不足，可与1–2家其他企业或机构联合组队参赛。联合组队报名时，请注明代表队名称及所有联合参赛单位名称。

  4. 队伍人数：每支代表队原则上由4名正式参赛队员组成，建议由2名男队员和2名女队员组成；同时可增加不超过2名替补队员，替补队员建议由1名男队员和1名女队员组成。每支代表队总人数原则上不超过6人。

  5. 具体队员性别构成、正式队员及替补队员的出场安排，将根据最终确定的比赛项目及赛制另行通知。

三、比赛项目与出场规则

  1. 本次赛事以双打项目为主要比赛形式，初步拟设置以下项目：

    • 男子双打

    • 女子双打

    • 混合双打

  2. 具体比赛模式将根据最终报名队伍数量、参赛人员构成、场地条件及赛事整体时间安排等因素，由赛事组委会统一确定。最终比赛赛制及运动员出场规则，请以赛事组委会赛前发布的正式赛事规程为准。
